Style of Russia distinguishes itself from other online Russian stores by listing and selling only those products that it has in the store.  You are almost assured to have your order ship immediately and not be unpleasantly surprised by late shipping or items of your order simply being cancelled.

PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR SHIPPING AND HANDLING PRICES ARE ONLY APPLICABLE TO ORDERS BEING SENT WITHIN THE UNITED STATES!

   Fragile items are insured for damage.  Style of Russia will make every effort to replace your item as soon as a claim from your post office is properly received by the store.  In case of breakage, please immediately have your post office complete a claim form and fax it to the store.  An accompanying EMail is appreciated.  See more at our FAQs concerning shipments and claims and filling out the claim form.

   If you are not happy with your product and an exact replacement product is available, Style of Russia will exchange your product with that replacement after you have returned yours.  If a replacement product is not available, we will arrange a refund after you have returned the product you are dissatisfied with. 

Returns must be completed within ten (10) days of receipt of item to be eligible for replacement or refund.

   Your complete satisfaction is our only goal.  If you are not satisfied with your product, contact us and we will take whatever measures we can to make you happy.  We want all of our customers - the ones who visit our brick-and-mortar locations and our online clients - to be fully satisfied with their experience with us.
